Who is responsible

the operator of RideOrFade is responsible for your data on https://rideorfade.ai. Questions and requests: through the contact address published on this site.

What we store

Your e-mail address (to sign you in and send the e-mails you asked for: sign-in links, pass reminders, alerts you set up).

Sign-in sessions, your plan and pass dates, and usage counters (how many analyses, scripts and decisions you ran per day or month) — needed to apply plan limits.

What you create: watchlist, alerts, saved Pine scripts and their versions, paper strategies, and the research calls you run (asset and time). Exchange API keys, if you add any, are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).

For passes: plan, amount in US dollars, the NOWPayments payment and invoice numbers, and the payment status. We never see or store card or wallet credentials; NOWPayments processes the payment, and your wallet address is visible to NOWPayments and on the blockchain.

Which link or site brought you here (for example a newsletter or an ad, from the link's utm tags or the referring site's name), stored with your account when you sign up, and anonymous daily page-view counts per page and per source. No IP addresses are stored with these counts.

Cookies and local storage

authjs.session-token keeps you signed in (30 days). rof_src remembers which link or site brought you (30 days). rof_v marks you as already counted today (2 days). Your light/dark choice is kept in your browser's local storage. There are no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

Hosting: Hetzner (data centres in the EU). E-mail: our mail provider sends sign-in links and reminders.

Payments: NOWPayments (crypto invoices and payment notifications).

AI models (Google Gemini, Groq, and optionally Anthropic or OpenAI): they receive public market data, news headlines and the numbers our engine computed — never your e-mail address or other personal data.

Fonts are loaded by your browser from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves them.

Public data sources (exchanges, news sites, Reddit, StockTwits, search trends) are queried by our server, not by your browser.

How long we keep it

Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to. AI request traces: 30 days. Anonymous page-view counts: kept as statistics. Payment records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example KVKK in Türkiye or the GDPR in the EU) you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use. Write through the contact address published on this site; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
