Who we are

RideOrFade (https://rideorfade.ai) is run by the operator of RideOrFade. You can reach us through the contact address published on this site. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

What the service is — and is not

RideOrFade is a research and education tool. It collects public market data, news and social posts about an asset, measures sentiment, applies a fixed set of financial tests and shows one research call (ride, fade or stand aside) with its sources and arithmetic.

Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of any result. The calls are about the asset, never about your situation, which we do not know. Markets can move against any analysis; you alone decide what you trade and you carry the full risk of your decisions.

Past results shown on the track record and the desk are computed from our own log and do not guarantee future results.

Your account

One account per person. You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address, so keep that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or endangers other users.

Plans and payments

Free accounts can run 3 analyses a day and 3 Pine scripts a month. Pro and Quant add the features listed on the pricing page.

Pro and Quant are sold as passes paid once in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments: Pro $19 for 30 days or $149 for 365 days, Quant $49 for 30 days or $399 for 365 days (prices in US dollars, paid in the coin you choose at the current rate). A pass starts when the payment is reported as finished and ends after its term. Passes never renew by themselves and no payment details are stored; we e-mail a reminder three days before a pass ends. A pass bought while another of the same plan is running starts when the running one ends.

Prices may change; a change never affects a pass or period you have already paid for. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.

Refunds follow the refund policy on this site.

Fair use

Do not resell or republish the analyses in bulk, scrape the site, automate requests beyond normal personal use, try to get around plan limits, probe or attack the site's security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Pine scripts you share by link are public to anyone with the link; do not share anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove shared content.

If you add exchange API keys, add trade-only keys without withdrawal rights. Live trading is switched off on this site; strategies run on paper.

Availability

We aim for the site to be available and correct but give no guarantee. Data sources can fail, answer late or change; the site then shows the source as unavailable rather than filling in numbers. AI models can be busy or limited; the site then says so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RideOrFade and its operator are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of the site. Our total liability for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is registered, and the courts of that country.
