Refunds

Passes

Passes are paid once in cryptocurrency for 30 or 365 days. They do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: a pass simply ends.

Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us automatically; refunds are sent by hand.

When you get your money back

Within 14 days of buying, if you have not used a paid feature (If-I-Were-You beyond the free limits, backtests, paper trading) during the pass: a full refund, no questions asked.

If you paid and the pass did not switch on within 24 hours after the payment was reported as finished, or the site was unavailable for a large part of your pass: we switch it on or extend it, or refund — your choice.

If you paid less than the invoice, the NOWPayments page lets you send the remainder; if you cannot, we refund what arrived. If you paid more, write to us and we return the difference.

How

Write by e-mail to no-reply@rideorfade.ai with the e-mail address of your account and, for crypto, the payment number from NOWPayments and an address in the same coin and network to send the refund to. Refunds go out within 7 days, minus the network fee, and end the pass.
